During the Fiscal Year 2099 I SPOTTED, PREDICTED, UNFOLDED AND NOW I REPORTED  #3- How the CODE HRS could destroy the Country while many Judicial Officers of the court were calling my findings FRIVOLOUS.  Then, they all stopped when the Chairman of the Board of commissioners was caught with a racial slur in his e-mail “HELP A NIGGA OUT,” proving my confirmation.  More to come in the book Mr. President, FINISH STRONG
